Listings are submitted for moderation and may be approved, rejected, hidden or removed. Owners are responsible for accurate descriptions, permissions for uploaded media, insurance information where relevant, and legal compliance for specialist items.

Props Garage operates agency-managed enquiries. Public listing pages do not reveal owner contact details except where an approved community event listing has explicitly selected public contact details.
